By using WORDWING's services you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. WORDWING ("our service") provides high-quality editing services. We are firmly committed to customer satisfaction. However, the changes made by WORDWING when reviewing, editing, or proofreading your document are suggestions only. It is your sole responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all advice and services rendered by WORDWING, and whether or not to implement any such suggestions. Unless specifically stated, WORDWING's services do not include fact checking. We will EDIT academic material, without altering the content (though we may point out any glaring contradictions or inconsistencies). We do not offer to WRITE or RE-WRITE academic papers or dissertations. If we discover plagiarized material in a document submitted for editing, the edit will be cancelled. WORDWING respects the privacy and confidentiality of its clients and their documents. Never, under any circumstances, will material submitted to WORDWING be re-printed, sold, or re-distributed in any way. The copyright for all documents edited by WORDWING will remain with the original author. We observe the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. WORDWING expects no acknowledgment in published documents. WORDWING has extensive safeguards in place to maintain client confidentiality. Documents will be encrypted upon request. However, due to the nature of the Internet, WORDWING cannot guarantee that documents transmitted by email will not be subject to interception by unauthorized parties. The WORDWING service is administered via email and the Internet. You are responsible for checking your email in a timely manner in order to obtain access to the service. The Internet is subject to technical problems. WORDWING will not be held responsible for any disruption in service that occurs due to Internet service problems or other factors outside its immediate control. WORDWING may provide links to other Internet sites or resources. Because WORDWING has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that WORDWING is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that WORDWING shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. WORDWING shall not be liable for any damages or loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from our service, and under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount you paid for our services. WORDWING reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion. These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time without notice.
